Olga Mendscheritski
My professional roots are in software development. At EXASOL, a software company specialising in big data and analytics, I successfully built up the support and professional services division. In this role, I gained an understanding of various industries and the challenges they face. I later moved to N-ERGIE, where I was in charge of applications for energy industry processes and customer communication. My focus was on increasing the level of automation, identifying and realising potential savings in IT and process costs, and establishing data analytics.
Today, I advise executives with the goal of designing business processes for growth and higher customer and employee satisfaction. My experience enables me to bridge the gap between business and IT, establish data-driven decision-making and sustainably optimise processes while reducing costs.
